An Enon man is being listed in serious condition after a single-car crash late Monday, Nov. 2.

Richard Risner, 38, was listed in serious condition at Miami Valley Hospital Wednesday, Nov. 4.

According to information from the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Risner was headed west on Haddix Road in a 1994 Chrysler LeBaron when he slid off the left side of the road, struck a utility pole and overturned.

Rescue crews had to have the electricity turned off before Risner could be removed from the car. Troopers said he was driving with his license under suspension, had no seat belt, and had an open alcohol container in his car.
