Man arrested after alleged assault

Justin Thomas Watts, 23, of 134 E. Cecil St., was arrested Sunday, Nov. 1, on charges of domestic violence and assault.
According to police, Watts threw a video game controller at a woman he knows, striking her in the face, then he punched her multiple times and kicked her. The incident occurred about 10 a.m. Sunday at the Cecil Street address, according to police.
Watts was taken to the Clark County Jail.
