Man accused of threatening another with belt

SPRINGFIELD — Christopher M. Fulton, 33, of 323 Grand Ave., was arrested on charges of assault and aggravated menacing Monday, Aug. 30, according to a police report.
Fulton hit a man he knew on the head at his home around 10 p.m. Monday, then threatened to harm the man with a belt, according to the report.
Fulton was ordered into court.
