SPRINGFIELD — A Clark County grand jury met Monday, Feb. 8, and returned the following indictments:

• Tania N. Moore, 37, of 536 Ingram St., Dayton, theft.

• Dirk L. Liming, 43, of 3970 New York Drive, Enon, possession of cocaine.

• Albert Drak, 29, of 111 E. Lincoln, New Carlisle, aggravated robbery.

• Carlos D. Oxner, 53, of 623 W. North St., having weapons under disability, tampering with evidence.

• Marcos Hernandez, 33, of 223 E. Northern Ave., possession of cocaine.

• Jawan Strickland, 32, of 1020 Clifton Ave., felonious assault.

• Nathan R. Dean, 18, of 729 N. Florence St., theft.

• Felix J. Cunningham, 45, of 3582 Valencia Drive, Riverside, possession of drugs.

• Ryan K. Turton, 29, of 1521 Uplands Drive, abduction, failure to comply.

• Andre D. Fisher, 29, of 2829 Shadelwell Drive, Reynoldsburg, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

• William G. Dewberry, 31, of 5125 Norris Drive, Dayton, trafficking in crack cocaine.

• Bruce A. Crossley, 46, of 2006 Amanda St., aggravated burglary.

• Marlow Burg, 36, address at large, trafficking in crack cocaine.

• James R. Conley, 30, of 6122 New Carlisle Pike, New Carlisle, domestic violence.

• Thomas Palte Jr., 28, of 6881 Stonehurst Drive, Huber Heights, burglary.

• Kathleen F. Washabaugh, 29, of 2354 Winnebago Drive, Dayton, burglary.

• Amanda Duncan, 24, of 5313 Hilgeford Dr., Huber Heights, burglary.

• Donald E. Sions Jr., 30, of 4100 Troy Road, corrupting another with drugs.

• Dennis E. Shaw, 47, address at large, burglary and theft.

• Martin A. Nichols, 40, of 2143 Revere Ave., Dayton, gross sexual imposition.

• Reginald Gilbert, 29, address unknown, child endangering.
