Four arrested in Urbana on various charges

URBANA — Four people were arrested in Urbana, according to information from the Urbana Police Division Friday, Feb. 5. They include:

• Chadwick L. Carpenter, 28, of 718 Gwynne St., Urbana, on a charge of domestic violence.

• Robert J. Cobb, 47, of 401 Oakwood Place, Springfield, on a charge of failure to appear.

• Christopher L. Nicol, 27, of Plain City, on a charge of menacing.

• Robert Emerson M. Boddam, 19, of 579 College Way, Urbana, on a charge of offenses involving underage persons.
