SPRINGFIELD — Clark County Sheriff deputies are investigating the death of a 2-month-old baby who died Tuesday, July 27, at Children’s Medical Center in Dayton. According to Sheriff officials, the child was taken from Brent Drive to Springfield Regional Medical Center then by CareFlight to Children’s on Saturday, July 24. It is unclear why the baby was taken to the hospital. The cause of death has not been released
