• Michael Avery, 28, of Columbus, criminal non-support.
• Marc Bell, 35, of Miamisburg, failure to appear.
• James A. Rankins, 32, 911 N. Seventh St., Apt 6, criminal non-support.
• Kelli N. Rife, 24, 667 Tibbetts Ave., theft, burglary.
• Brandon S. Smith, 24, 1020 W. Mulberry St., breaking and entering, receiving stolen property.
• Brian G. Lewis Jr., 20, 1245 W. Pleasant St., illegal use of food stamps or WIC program benefits.
• Kochen Harris, 51, 526 N. Murray St., Apt. 107, having weapons while under disability, carrying concealed weapon.
• Zachary A. Foulke, 19, 1526 W. Main St., possession of criminal tools, trafficking in drugs.
• Calvin C. Harris, 34, 123 N. Greenmount St., possession of drugs.
• Justin A. Jaynes, 22, 1919 Lexington Ave., burglary.
• Aaron K. Hammond, 34, 22241/2 Iroquois Ave., burglary.
• Jonathan L. Pettit, 19, 808 Linden Ave., robbery.
• Calvin L. White, Jr., 42, 1005 Summer St., robbery, aggravated robbery.
• Marquise McPherson, 19, 420 W. Johnny Lytle Ave., having weapons while under disability, carrying concealed weapon.
• Jennifer L. Scott, 38, 11 Grand Valley Road, Enon, theft, misuse of credit card, forgery.
• Kenny L. Pendleton, 19, 1019 Wayne Ave., possession of drugs, trafficking in drugs.
• Felicia J. White, 45, 1412 S. Limestone St., harassment by inmate.
• Robert G. Fairchild, 20, 800 Applewood St., New Carlisle, receiving stolen property.
• Stephen L. Reynolds, 7220 Palmer Road, New Carlisle, receiving stolen property.
• Jason L. Selner, 27, address unknown, complicity to felonious assault, resisting arrest, failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, assault, obstructing official business.
• Jaclyn Burns, 31, address unknown, felonious assault, resisting arrest.
• One secret indictment.
