Two women were arrested Friday, Nov. 1 after being found with items stolen from various stores in the area.
According to Beavercreek Police, security guards at The Greene outdoor shopping center followed the women after a worker at Victoria's Secret said she saw one steal an item. Daluan Darven, 20, of Huber Heights, and Lonnisha Harvson, 19, of Dayton, were followed to a nearby Kmart, where officers found them with merchandise.
The pair could not produce receipts and had goods from Victoria's Secret, Forever 21, Gymboree and Carter's. They also had items from stores not located at The Greene, according to police.
Harvson admitted the thefts to police, according to the report, and both were taken into custody.
They were released on their own recognizance and will appear in court at 8 a.m. Nov. 8.
Items found with the two women were returned to the stores.
