According to Clark County court documents, Francisco Harris, 30, is accused of holding the woman at a vacant house in the area of South Isabella Street and Innisfallen Avenue July 8. The victim told police she used to date Harris and he repeatedly told her he loved her and would not let her leave him as he held her overnight.

She said Harris kidnapped her in the area of South Plum Street and West Grand Street after hitting her over the head with a handgun.
