Rowland was arrested in December by police in Wisconsin during what authorities described as a 40-minute long conversation with the school’s principal where she allegedly said she had desires to plant a bomb in the building and planned to “kill everyone.”

“During this time she also stated she wanted to put a bomb in the school and toward the end of the conversation she advised she would kill everyone there,” Clark County Sheriff’s Deputy Mark Lane wrote in an affidavit.

Students, teachers and staff were ordered to shelter in place during the conversation, the court documents say.

Rowland was identified as a 1998 graduate of Kenton Ridge in the affidavit.
