State District Judge Jean Boyd agreed, sentencing the boy to ten years’ probation and ordering him to undergo treatment.
His attorneys have asked he be sent to a facility in California where the rehab tab would settle in at a whopping $450,000 a year.
Couch's father has agreed to pay the bill.
WFAA reports a psychologist who testified came up with a name for Couch's "condition." He called it "affluenza."
