A 39-year-old woman facing felony child endangering charges in Springfield will have to follow orders while she awaits trial.
During her arraignment Friday, Kristina Springer pleaded not guilty to five counts of endangering children and was released from jail on her own recognizance by Clark County Common Pleas Judge Douglas Rastatter.
Police said Springer left three of her children at a Selma Road drive-through and was allegedly intoxicated when police found her at home with her other two children.
The conditions of her release require Springer to follow all orders and recommendations given to her by Clark County Jobs and Family Services.
Springer's five children were taken into custody by children's services then released to their grandmother, who has been living with the children while Springer has been in jail.
