Robert’s daughter went to the house of a neighbor and said, “I think my mommy is dead,” according to court records.
The neighbor called 9-1-1 and medics allegedly found Roberts unresponsive. Five doses of Narcan were administered before she became responsive, police said.

Officers also alleged that the home was full of bugs, trash and cigarette butts, and contained little food. The neighbor said the child often comes over asking for food and appearing dirty, according to reports. The girl was placed with the neighbor.
Roberts has a prior conviction of endangering children from earlier this year.
