Former President George H.W. Bush hospitalized in Houston, official says

Pizza delivery driver abduction, death investigated

A suspect was taken into custody in connection to an abduction and death of a pizza delivery driver, who never returned to work from a delivery call Thursday, deputies said.

10TV reported the suspect was detained after authorities located him in the vehicle of the delivery driver, who was reported missing Thursday afternoon, on Interstate 70 in Guernsey County, Ohio.

The pizza delivery woman's body was located a short time later at Dillion State Park in Muskingum County, Ohio.

Deputies responded to the delivery driver's last known delivery address and spoke to a woman at the residence, who told authorities her boyfriend was seen leaving the home driving the delivery driver's vehicle, WBNS reported.

Authorities tracked the suspect's cell phone number and were able to locate him and the delivery driver's vehicle on I-70 near a weigh station in Guernsey County around 7:15 p.m, WBNS reported Friday morning.

Muskingum and Guernsey County deputies, along with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, were processing crime scenes at the state park, the victim's vehicle and the delivery address.
