Charles C. Skelton, 44, of 13041 Ohio 56 in Mechanicsburg, has been charged with two counts of rape.
The victims were 6 and 4 years old at the time of the alleged offenses, which deputies alleged occurred in Pleasant Twp. continuously between May of 2016 and March of this year.
Skelton plead not guilty in the Clark County Municipal Court on Friday morning. Bond was set at $50,000. He faces a maximum penalty of life in prison.

Skelton is currently listed as a tier-2 sex offender by the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation, court records say. He was convicted of indecent liberties with a child in 2009 in Beaufort County, N.C.
A warrant was requested for Skelton’s arrest on Tuesday, records said. He was taken into custody by deputies at 9:15 a.m. Thursday.
