Grand jury indicts 11


The Clark County Grand Jury met Monday and returned the following indictments:

Marlon Dwayne Burg Sr., 40, 1713 Sweetbriar Ave., trafficking in marijuana and tampering with evidence.

Brian Wayne Newman Sr., 37, 1218 Driscoll Ave., possession of cocaine and possession of heroin.

John B. Schneider, 35, 1715 W. North St., Apt. 123, three counts of possession of drugs.

Matthew Thomas Vogel, 21, 8695 Liberty Trace Lane, West Liberty, possession of heroin.

James Waugh II, 41, 2365 W. First St., Lot 8, receiving stolen property.

Lisa L. Waugh, 47, 2365 W. First St., Lot 8, receiving stolen property.

Allison Sue McClanahan, 19, 5201 E. Pitchin Road, South Charleston, breaking and entering.

William T. Newman, 53, 4736 Security Drive, two counts of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Ronald E. Crowe, 49, 526 W. Mulberry St., possession of cocaine.

Davon Phillip Marshall, 26, at large, aggravated burglary.

Kyle R. Kegley, 21, 820 Hunter Road, Apt. C, disrupting a public service.
