48 counts filed in Logan child sex case

A Lakeview man has been indicted on more than 40 felony counts related to child sex and pornography.

Gabriel North, 38, was indicted Tuesday on three counts of rape, three counts of gross sexual imposition, 25 counts of pandering sexually oriented material and 17 counts of illegal use of a minor in sexually oriented material.

He was arraigned in Logan County Common Pleas court on Thursday.

North was originally arrested in December 2011. The charges stem from incidents involving an underage girl in 2005 and 2006.
