Clark County Grand Jury returns indictments for kidnapping, burglary

A Clark County Grand Jury met on Monday and returned the following indictments:

Keein James Anthony Brown-Ford, 21, Cleveland: Theft, receiving stolen property, and improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Deron A. Barnes, 41, 1349 Rutland Avenue: Possession of cocaine.

Daniel Allen Bussard, 34, 2310 W. Possum Road: Breaking and entering and possessing criminal tools.

Trey M. Smith, 18, 8895 Clifton Avenue: Assault.

Vincent Trey Morris, 20, 735 N. Belmont Avenue: Burglary.

Christopher Hatcher, 33, 1510 Broadway St.: Trafficking in cocaine and possession of cocaine.

Bradley James Coffman, 40, Urbana: Failure to comply with order or signal of police officer and receiving stolen property.

Austin D. Emery, 26, 5111 Stoneridge: four counts of forgery.

James Anthony Ragland, 45, 23 E. Southern Avenue: Obstructing official businesses and theft.

Daniel Lee Crim, 29, 110 N. Clairmont Avenue: Receiving stolen property.

Brandy M. Simcox, 29, 401 E. Northern Avenue: Receiving stolen property.

Ashley E. Rollins, 32, Urbana: Theft.

Brian Scott Trainer, 40: Aggravated robbery and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.

Brittney N. Allen, 30, Medway: Aggravated robbery.

Stephen H. Miller III, 25: Possession of cocaine.

Wayne U. Skaggs, 53, 1311 Cedarview Drive: Felonious assault and tampering with evidence.

Paul E. Powell Jr., 27, 1452 W. Clark St.: Kidnapping, vehicular assault, failure to stop after an accident and theft.

Christina E. Cornell, 39: Theft.
