Clark County grand jury issues indictments for drugs, robbery


The Clark County grand jury met this week and returned the following indictments, according to Clark County Prosecutor Andy Wilson.

Jermaine Donte Bogan, 27, of Springfield, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated trafficking in drugs.

Margery J. Marshall, 44, of Dayton, aggravated possession of drugs.

Lisa Marie Everhart, 32, Springfield, charge of theft.

Tyrez L. Boyd, 24: aggravated robbery, six counts of kidnapping.

Jesse Cooper, 25, of Springfield, aggravated possession of drugs.

Kevin Lamar, 31, of Springfield, burglary.

James Lester Cunningham, 45, on two counts of domestic violence.

Haftu Fetene, 29, of Columbus, illegal procession of drug documents.

Krysta N. Durden, 18, 127 E. Liberty St.: receiving stolen property.

Johnathan Lee Lenoir, 29, 1057 S. Yellow Springs St.: possession of hashish, trafficking in hashish.

Robert Kenneth Boulware-Faison, 26: having weapons under disability (two counts), improperly handling of firearms in a motor vehicle.

Michelle D. Ratliff, 41, 106 Hawthorne Road Medway: aggravated possession of drugs.

Aaron Moten, 40, 619 N. Belmont St.: trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs.

Jamie Danielle Lavender, 26, 121½ S. Western Ave.: trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs.
