TIPP CITY — Tippecanoe's Abby Dowd had 17 points as the Red Devils upset Division II first-ranked Kenton Ridge 53-48 in Central Buckeye Conference Kenton Trail Divsion action on Saturday night.
The Cougars (16-1, 12-1 CBC) trailed by as many as 10 in the fourth quarter, but pulled to within one with 20 seconds remaining. Tipp's Alia Gray made four free throws in the final moments to seal the win for the Red Devils (14-2, 12-1), who went 19-for-22 from the foul line in the fourth quarer.
Katie Ketterman had 15 points for the Cougars, while Sakara House added 13 points and Saira House added 11. Cassie Berning added 15 points for Tippecanoe.
Northwestern 62, Greenon 55
SPRINGFIELD — Northwestern's Rebecca Bruner had 19 points as the Warriors won their first game of the season.
Lydia Skabla had 17 points for the Warriors (1-15, 1-12 CBC), who gave Molly Cary her first win as coach.
Allie Turner had 26 points and Kyra Dorney added 10 for the Knights.
W. Liberty-Salem 43, Mechanicsburg 34
MECHANICSBURG — West Liberty-Salem outscored the Indians 9-4 in the fourth quarter to survive an Ohio Heritage Conference scare from the Indians, who trailed by four with just two minutes remaining.
Alicia Amis had a game-high 20 points and Betsy Dunlap added 10 points for the Indians (7-8, 5-6).
Danielle King had 10 points for the Tigers (15-1, 12-1 OHC).
Catholic Central 54, Cedarville 38
SPRINGFIELD — Leslie Purnell had a game-high 17 points and 14 rebounds and Maggie Williams chipped in 10 points as the Irish get a home OHC win.
Central (9-7, 6-5 OHC) jumped out to a 36-13 halftime lead after the first quarter and never looked back.
Aimee Ary scored 10 points for the Indians (3-13, 2-9 OHC).
Northeastern 60, Triad 51
NORTH LEWISBURG — Sarah Parker had a career-high 14 points as the Jets won their second straight OHC game.
Chelsea Morrow had a team-high 15 points and Jillian Adams added 14 for Northeastern (6-10, 4-8 OHC).
Addie Dixon and Abbey McKenzie each had 12 points for the Cardinals (5-11, 4-8).
Urbana 51, Graham 41
URBANA — Allie Leopard and Kelsey Eastham each had 10 points to lead the Hillclimbers (9-6, 8-5) to the CBC win. Cristen Pullins had 10 points for the Falcons (2-14, 2-11).
Wayne 58, North 45
SPRINGFIELD — North's MaRanda Cannon had 12 points and Auzsa Taylor had 11, but the Panthers lost their 10th straight, dropping a Greater Western Ohio Conference Central Division contest to Wayne. The Panthers are 2-12 and 0-7 in the league.

BEAVERCREEK — The Beavers outscored the Wildcats 40-9 in the second half to earn a GWOC Central Division win.
The Wildcats are 6-10 and 1-7 in the league.

SPRINGFIELD — Laaci Farris had 31 points as the Braves (8-9, 7-6) earned a CBC road win. Lyndsey Clark had 18 points for the Arrows (4-11, 4-9 CBC).
Southeastern 54, Greeneview 29
JAMESTOWN — The Trojans outscored the Rams 29-5 in the second and third quarters to improve to 15-2 and 10-1 in the OHC. Amanda Harvey had a game-high 15 points for the Trojans.
The Rams fell to 6-10 and 5-6 in the OHC.
