  About 50 people attended a candlelight vigil Saturday night, April 7, 2012, to remember murder victim Jessica Rae Sacco. Mourners signed a large poster to be sent to Sacco's family and brought stuffed animals, wreaths and crosses to create a makeshift memorial on the doorstep of the home at 625 W. Light St. in Urbana.

  The United Dairy Farmers store near downtown Urbana recently opened after a fire caused major damage to the business late last year. The store has since been rebuilt, and renovations included a new gas pump, and expanded space for coffee, ice cream, beer and breakfast areas.

• Two police cruisers in crash

  Two Urbana Police cruisers were damaged in a crash early Thursday morning. Police officers were conducting a traffic stop near the intersection of Scioto Street and Bon-Air Drive when a car failed to stop, and crashed into a cruiser, propelling it into another cruiser. Troopers from the Marysville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said there were no serious injuries.
