TAC Enterprises will host “Estate Planning for Families with Special Needs Children” to address necessary legal planning for parents of special needs children to ensure government benefits will not be jeopardized upon parents’ death. Attorney Richard Dusterberg will speak on special needs trusts, supplemental services trusts and various medical payback trusts.
Two separate workshop sessions will be held at 2 and 7 p.m. Oct. 22 at 2160 Old Selma Road. Reservations are requested by calling Mark Stout at (937) 252-7429 or Mary Jo Shia at (937) 525-7465 by Oct. 9.
