WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE — U.S. Rep. Steve Austria, R-Beavercreek, a member of the House Appropriations Committee which oversees funding for the Department of Defense, is the guest speaker at an Aug. 17 lunch meeting of Dayton Defense, the regional organization of defense contracting companies.
The meeting begins at 11:30 a.m. at the Hope Hotel and Conference Center, on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
The cost is $15 for Dayton Defense members and $25 for non-members. To register by Aug. 12, go online to www.daytondefense.org.
