Edward Jones, a financial services company with offices in Springfield, has been ranked highest in investor satisfaction with full service brokerage firms, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study.
The company has received the award for four of the past five years. Local Edward Jones advisers are Carl White, Tom Estep, Jim George and Jay Siefker.
The study measures overall investor satisfaction with full service investment firms.
