SPRINGFIELD — A man who was shot to death in a Greenmount Avenue home early Wednesday has been identified as Johnny R. Hyde, 24, of 2910 Arthur Road.
Hyde was found dead in the basement of 204 N. Greenmount Ave., Wednesday afternoon.
Mark D. Burwell, 30, of the Greenmount address, pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder in Clark County Municipal Court Thursday morning, July 3.
If found guilty, Burwell could be sentenced to the death penalty.
