Weeble, cat with 'wobbly' condition, seeks special home

Meet Weeble.
She's a very special cat. The 2-year-old kitty has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia, which means her cerebellum didn't develop correctly. This causes Weeble to weeble and wobble as she walks, along with having jerky movements and tremors.
The condition is considered to be non-progressive, meaning it doesn't get worse with age. Weeble can still eat and use the litter box on her own.
MSPCA-Angell said Weeble needs a home that can block off her access to any stairways. She's available for adoption at the organization’s Boston Adoption Center now.

We want to introduce you to a very special cat. Weeble is a sweet 2 year old kitty that was surrendered because her owner became impaired and was no longer able to care for her. Weeble has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia - watch the video to see her weeble/wobbliness! The condition is caused by the cerebellum of a cat not developing correctly which causes jerky movements, tremors, and generally uncoordinated motion in the afflicted cat. The condition does not get worse with age and does not shorten the life span of a cat. Weeble can eat on her own and is a champ at using her litter box! She needs a home that can block off her access to any stairways and a home that can admire just how cute she truly is! Stop by our Boston Adoption Center today and meet Weeble!!
