Rudy’s Smokehouse
Each week Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Rudy’s Smokehouse in Springfield offers a variety of lunch specials for $6.29 each. From beef brisket, burgers and pulled pork to pulled chicken, smoked turkey or a specialty salad, there are plenty of meal options available. Each lunch special also includes one side dish and a beverage. Rudy’s Smokehouse has two locations, both in Springfield. One is at 1920 N. Bechtle Ave., and the other is at 2222 S. Limestone St.
