NEW CARLISLE, Ohio — The Tecumseh YMCA in New Carlisle is raffling off a souped-up 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Coupe to raise money for its Helping Hands program. The program provides scholarships to people who want to participate in the facility's athletics and educational programs.
