Connected to the Bridges Out of Poverty program launched five years ago here to help address persistent poverty in the community, the Circles Campaign's goal is to fight poverty one family at a time.
The Springfield initiative is part of a national Circles program organizers say is designed to "document the challenges and victories of this process" in an effort to "inspire and equip national, state and community leaders" to help low-income families.
