Man charged in January fatal accident

Clark County sheriff office invetigators arrested the man they believe caused the fatal accident which claimed the life of an Urbana woman in January.
Richard Miller, 28, was arrested on two charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, and one count of aggravated vehicular assault.

Kathy Clos, 50, was killed Jan. 18 when her vehicle was struck by a car at Villa and Derr roads.
According to investigators, Miller ran a red light at Home Road and Limestone Street minutes before the crash, nearly hitting a police wagon.
Miller later admitted to have been drinking before the crash occurred.
Miller was taken to the Clark County jail.
