Wittenberg to host popular trio for concert

Wittenberg University will welcome the Goldstein, Peled, Fiterstein Trio for a concert as part of the 2016-17 Wittenberg Series at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Weaver Chapel.

Longtime friends bound by their Israeli roots and summers shared in Vermont at the Marlboro Music Festival, trio members Alon Goldstein (piano), Amit Peled (cello) and Alexander Fiterstein (clarinet) perform varied works such as the Beethoven and Brahms Clarinet Trios, sonatas and solo pieces.
