HOT TICKETS

The Southern Uprising Tour, a southern rock revival starring Travis Tritt, Charlie Daniels Band, The Marshall Tucker Band and the Outlaws, is headed to town.

The tour will make a stop at Fraze Pavilion in Kettering on Saturday, July 28, 2018, the music venue just announced. The show will begin at 5 p.m.

Tickets will range from $40-$65 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16.

Tickets can be purchased online at www.fraze.com or www.etix.com or by phone at 1-800-514-3849.

Tickets also can be purchased at the Fraze FanFare Store located inside Town & Country Shopping Center, 424 E. Stroop Road, Kettering. It is open Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

Country Music Hall of Famer Alan Jackson's Honky Tonk Highway Tour has added a stop at the Wright State University Nutter Center on Friday, March 16.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Dec. 15 at noon. Ticket prices and information are available at Ticketmaster.com, 1-800-745-3000, Wright State University Nutter Center Box Office and by visiting alanjackson.com/tour. VIP packages will be available.

Some of Jackson’s hits include “Here in The Real World”…signature songs such as “Chattahoochee,” “Drive” and “Gone Country,” “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere” and “Good Time.”

Jackson’s concert announcement comes on the heels of his 2017 induction to the Country Music Hall of Fame.

He has been named CMA Entertainer of the Year three times, has more than 25 years of membership in the Grand Ole Opry, a 2016 Billboard ranking as one of the Top 10 Country Artists of All-Time, induction into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame, and the Heritage Award as the most-performed country songwriter-artist of ASCAP’s first 100 years.
