Three charged for donuts on baseball fields

A Dayton man and two men from New Carlisle have been charged with criminal trespass after being spotted in a pick up truck being driven on local baseball fields, according to the Clark County Sheriff's department.
At approximately 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, Clark County Sheriff's Deputies were patrolling the area of Snider Road and Lower Valley Pike and observed a pickup truck doing donuts on the baseball field owned by National Trails Parks and Recreation.

As units approached the ball field, the driver of the truck turned out its lights in attempt to avoid detection, reports said.
Units approached the vehicle and observed substantial damage to the field.
Kyle R Savoie, 21, of Dayton was charged with criminal trespass, Jordan A. Coffey, of New Carlise, was charged with criminal trespass and Thomas A Cotterman, 21, of New Carlisle, charged with criminal trespass and criminal damaging.
