Home City Financial announces cash dividend


Home City Financial Corp., the holding company of Home City Federal Savings Bank of Springfield, announced at its November meeting the board of directors approved a cash dividend of $.07 per share. The dividend is to be paid on Dec. 13 to all shareholders of record as of Dec. 6, 2013. Information regarding transactions in the common shares of HCFC is quoted on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board Market under the symbol HCFL.
