The statement said, “We wish we could continue to serve you through the practice of yoga here at Revival, but unfortunately this chapter in our lives must come to an end. When one door closes, others are sure to open. We are excited for what the future has in store for us and for all of you.”
Owners Whitney Neal and Laura Jarzab have said they named their downtown Springfield yoga studio Revival because they wanted to promote the business as a health and fitness destination for area residents.
“It is unfortunate for us to lose their business on Fountain Avenue,” said Doug Klang, owner of Bada Bing Pizzeria, which is in the same block of Fountain Avenue as Revival.

Customers to the yoga and tea bar share Klang’s sentiment, as they took to their Facebook page to offer condolences, as well as sharing words of encouragement.
That block of Fountain Avenue has several small businesses, including a Winans Chocolate & Coffees that opened in November. Klang said he’s heard other businesses are interested in filling the space and hoped a new tenant might be found soon.
