The Jimmy Johns across from the Dayton Mall is horrible. Absolutely terrible customer service and food—even the owner is rude. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

Jimmy Johns sounds OK, but the best restaurant in Dayton is the Filling Station on Lindon ave down the street from the world famous Bunny’s Hasty Tasty! They have the best food and friendliest people! It’s like Family!!

Hey Folks! I hope you come and try our newest location. We all know subs are like pizza. Everyone has a favorite. Why not give Jimmy John’s a try and see if we make list of favorites. The kids make great subs, especially after they take a break in the parking lot with guido.

Does anybody know a place to get a sandwich like they serve at the Carnegie Deli? I think it was pastrami, not sure, but it was good

I love Jimmy Johns. Great food for a decent price. But for the love of everything holy, some of you people need to learn proper grammar! Rosco: You “tried it AND won’t be back.” Not “tryed it an wont be back.” Sandy: Denver is a better city THAN Dayton because their citizens know the difference between THAN and THEN. Mommy: “…being to loud.” Where is “loud?” Was the music TOO loud? I bet it was.

Roxo-I couldn’t agree with you more. At the Dayton Mall area JJ’s I too had to reach behind the counter to get napkins and also asked for a plastic knife to cut my sub which they didn’t have. Also the music was so loud in there that I had to raise my voice so the cashier could take my order. When I complained about the music being to loud the teenager at the counter said “Yeah” and giggled. Oh and my husband wished he could have a hot sub but all of JJ’s subs are served cold. Probably won’t be going back there to often.

To everyone who dislike JJ’s how about visiting Quizno’s in downtown Dayton? While Quiznos is a Denver based company and I don’t like Denver because they think they are better of a city then Dayton, but Quiznos is good downtown Dayton food.

Made the mistake of eating at the JJ’s on Brown St. It was hand-made, but tasted like it came out of a vending machine. Pass.

Love Jimmy J’s The bread is supposed to be chewy…and they put just the right amount of meat and veggies. Wheat Buns? You want health food go someplace else..this is good old american sub sandwich

Tryed it an wont be back. No meat and chewy bread with no mayo. The meat had no taste of what little there was.

Jimmy John’s doesn’t have ANY utensils for their customers. What kind of place doesn’t offer their customer’s utensils. And, FYI, they ONLY have Grey Poupon. I found the Dayton Mall location to be very poorly laid out. If you want napkins you have to reach behind the counter. How healthy is that?
