WLS softball wins OHC title
The West Liberty-Salem High School softball team clinched the Ohio Heritage Conference title by sweeping Greeneview in a doubleheader on Saturday, May 2.
The Tigers won 16-0 and 14-0. Both games went five innings.
The Tigers have two league games remaining. Every other OHC team has at least three league losses.
That’s six straight OHC titles for the Tigers, dating back to 2004. They’ve won five of those titles outright, and shared the 2005 title.
