Latest Idol reject relaunches album. American Idol Latest Update
After Brooke White’s long and tearful goodbye, you would have thought her career was over forever; far from it.
According to a story published by the LATimes.com, the latest Idol reject is re-releasing her album “Songs from the Attic.”
White’s Web site says of the cd:
“Songs From the Attic” is Brooke’s debut album from 2006 and it’s sure to become an instant classic. This 11 song CD captures the essence of all that is pure and honest about songwriting which is a direct reflection of who Brooke White is as a person. Bonus tracks include cover versions on “Dream On” by Aerosmith and “Yellow” by Coldplay. brookewhite.com
The Times is reporting that her former manager, Tim Simms, “had shopped Brooke to practically every label in town and no bites,” Simm goes on to say, “No one thought you could shop the good girl.” You can listen to the “good girl” for yourself at White’s Web site where many of the songs are previewed or check it out on itunes.
Will Brooke make it in the music industry or is she just too nice?

Wow… I already fully believed she was way too full of herself, but this? The show’s not even over yet and she’s already trying to cash in… I wonder if she starts and stops on her album too?By Craig

I don’t think too nice has much to do with it. I am not sure she has the talent to pull it off.
