Is your high school student signed up for busing?
Lakota just released this announcement:
In order to schedule transportation for Lakota students in grades 10, 11 and 12, a form must be completed by August 26 to have bus transportation on the first day of school. One form should be filled out per student.
The form is available on Lakota’s website (www.lakotaonline.com http://www.lakotaonline.com/ ). Select “Transportation” and then “High School Transportation”. The form is also available at each of the high school campuses.
If you have any questions, please call the transportation office at 755-5821.

For music lovers
Tonight at Fairfield High School, you can see several drum and bugle corps perform. From what I understand, this is like the ultra marching band field presentations. The show starts at 7 p.m.
Three local Fairfield graduates will be participating in the Cavaliers. Do you know of any Lakota graduates or students involved?
Attached is a press release I promised a budding author I would promote. He wrote a book on the history of the Cavaliers.
