Operation Baghdad Pups

As I mentioned in my previous blog post, some soldiers have been working to rescue dogs they “adopt” in Iraq and get them back to the United States.

If you want to help other dogs like Liberty and K-Pot and Charlie, you can donate to the SPCA to help them in their efforts.

SPCA International helps dogs go “from war zone to a real home” with Operation Baghdad Pups. The donations go towards transportation, veterinary costs and other costs associated with bringing these dogs befriended by U.S. Military to the United States. The money also goes to further the mission of SPCA International to stop euthanizing adoptable and healthy animals.
